Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Analytics and Marketing

We use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. These services may use cookies, pixels, server-side conversion APIs, and similar technologies to collect Usage Data.

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Web analytics tracking and reporting site traffic, conversions, and user behavior. We use both client-side (gtag) and server-side (Cloudflare Zaraz) tracking. For more information, see the Google Privacy & Terms page.
  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI): Used to measure and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising. The Pixel runs in your browser; the Conversions API sends conversion events server-to-server. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
  • TikTok Pixel: Used to measure and optimize TikTok advertising. See TikTok's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare Zaraz: A server-side tag manager that executes third-party tracking scripts on our edge infrastructure rather than in your browser. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Email and Transactional Communications

We may use your Personal Data to send transactional messages (order confirmations, ticket delivery, refund notifications, account-related notices) and, where you have opted in, marketing or promotional materials.

  • Email Delivery: Email is sent and routed via Cloudflare Email Workers and Cloudflare Email Routing. Your email address is stored securely and used only for communications you have requested or opted into. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in each marketing message; transactional messages related to your purchases or account cannot be opted out of.
  • Abandoned Cart Recovery: If you provide your email address during checkout but do not complete your order, we may send a limited series of reminder emails to help you complete your purchase. You may opt out of these reminders at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email.

Payment Processing

We provide paid products and/or services within the Service. We use third-party services for payment processing. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy:

  • Stripe: Privacy Policy
  • Intuit Payments Inc. (QuickBooks Payments): Payment services for credit card, debit card, and ACH transactions on our ticketing platform are provided by Intuit Payments Inc., a subsidiary of Intuit Inc. See Privacy Policy
  • Square: Privacy Policy

Hosting and Infrastructure

  • Cloudflare: Our website, ticketing platform, and API services are hosted on Cloudflare Workers, Pages, and related infrastructure. Cloudflare processes IP addresses, request metadata, and other technical information necessary to deliver and secure our Service. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Security

  • Cloudflare Turnstile: We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHA, to protect our forms from automated abuse. Turnstile does not use behavioral fingerprinting and discards identifying data after challenges complete. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

RFID Wristbands and On-Site Tracking

When you attend our attractions, you may be issued a passive RFID wristband (or other credential containing a unique identifier) for entry, group reconciliation, life-safety tracking, and personalized in-attraction experiences. We use these credentials to:

  • Verify that the wearer holds a valid ticket;
  • Track entry into and exit from the attractions for life-safety, occupancy, and emergency-response purposes;
  • Trigger themed effects, audio cues, and other in-attraction experiences as you move through different zones;
  • Reconcile groups, locate party members, and assist guests who become separated;
  • Operate the customer-selectable scare-intensity feature.

The wristband contains a randomly assigned serial number. It does not contain or transmit your name, financial information, or other personal details. The link between your wristband and your ticket purchase is maintained only for the duration necessary for the purposes above and is then disassociated.

Our wristbands use the same passive UHF RFID technology found in retail anti-theft tags, library books, marathon timing chips, and most modern hotel room keys. They contain no battery, no internal power source, and no transmitter — they reflect a small amount of radio energy when one of our readers is within range, similar to the way a stop sign reflects your headlights. The radio frequencies and reader power levels we use are FCC-regulated and well below the exposure limits applicable to cell phones, Wi-Fi routers, and similar everyday consumer electronics. Wristbands stop functioning the moment you leave the attraction premises.

If you would prefer not to wear an RFID wristband for any reason, you may request a non-RFID paper credential from any guest services team member when you arrive. Guests using a non-RFID credential will be checked in and tracked manually for life-safety purposes; some in-attraction features that rely on zone detection (such as the customer-selectable scare-intensity feature) will not be available with a non-RFID credential.

Video Surveillance

For safety, security, training, and operational purposes, our premises are monitored by video surveillance cameras. Footage may be retained for a limited period and may be reviewed in connection with safety incidents, suspected criminal activity, or insurance matters. By entering our premises, you consent to such recording. Footage is not sold or made publicly available except as required by law or to investigate an incident.
