Admission Ticket – All Types
Your ticket grants you access to a timed-entry experience (unless otherwise specified), along with access to designated selfie/group photo areas. We recommend arriving up to 15 min early to allow for parking and checking in. You may not enter the attraction before your designated time. Late arrivals may have longer wait times. By purchasing ticket(s), you agree to follow all posted rules and instructions provided by our staff.
Free parking is provided nearby offsite and includes hayride transportation to the attraction. Follow signs on Hudson bend for Parking. The ticket holder assumes full responsibility for any damage to their vehicle, property, or the parking premises.
The VIP experience includes:
- Fast pass to the attraction. Skip the normal lines and head straight to the front through designated vip entrance.
- Two trips through Fatal Fear Haunted House Attraction.
- Exclusive keepsake merchandise.
- Access to our VIP Only lounge which includes complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Designated area with interactive “scare points” where you can join in the fun behind the scenes and provide scares to our guests inside the haunt!
Important Ticket Information:
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
- One entry to the attraction per ticket.
- Tickets may be exchanged for a different date and time during our operating season (additional charges may apply based on availability and pricing).
- All tickets expire after our final operating night of the season.
- Group pricing is automatically applied when 6 or more tickets are purchased on a single order (discount does not apply to VIP or Halfway to Halloween tickets).
Health & Safety Advisory:
For your safety, please do NOT enter if you have any of the following conditions:
- Asthma, heart conditions, high blood pressure, or any respiratory issues.
- Epilepsy or sensitivity to strobe lights.
- Neck, back, or other physical injuries, including broken bones.
- Claustrophobia or fear of heights.
Additionally, entry is not permitted if you are:
- Wearing a cast, medical brace, or using crutches.
- Under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication that may impair your abilities.
- Exhibiting signs of any condition that could pose a risk to yourself or others.
Our staff reserves the right to deny entry if any of these conditions are observed. Your safety is our priority.
